Our service agreement outlines the scope of mobile veterinary care, including wellness exams, diagnostic procedures, and minor illness management. Clients are responsible for providing a safe and accessible environment for the veterinary team to perform their duties safely. Please note that certain diagnostic or surgical procedures may still require referral to a brick-and-mortar facility.
Payment for all services is due at the time the visit is conducted. We accept major credit cards and digital payments as specified in our billing policy. Cancellation of appointments must occur within the timeframe specified in our cancellation policy to avoid applicable service fees.
